I put this onto youtube because I know how it feels to suffer the indignity and humiliation of attacks of irrational insecurity and jealousy. You accuse your partner of things they haven’t done because at that moment you can’t help it – the green eyed monster takes over and there seems to be no hope of staying emotionally centred.
