Saturday, February 4th, 2012Hi everyone. My name is Apollo James Jackson and I am currently 20 years old. My ambition is to win an Olympic Gold Medal at the 2016 Olympics and then become a professional world champion in multiple divisions before going down as a boxing legend and an all time great. I intend to upload my progress and career so the world may watch it on Youtube and along the way I will also upload interviews with various boxers, trainers and promoters for your viewing pleasure. Thanks for watching. This video is part of a self imposed training session I had at My Gym in Finchley Central, London. The gym also happens to be the training base of the current undefeated British Heavyweight Champion Derek Chisora who is trained by Don Charles. It has also been used by professional boxers including Derek Chisora, Enzo Maccarinelli, Yassine El Maachi and Ajose Olusegun among others. Here is part of my training session during which I praticed developing my punches on the heavy bag hence the title. I intend in a series of videos to exhibit my improvement in terms of strength, fitness, speed and punching power on the heavy bag over time and would appreciate any and all comments, constructive criticisims and observations.
